Important responsibilities

While at work, the team leader oversees a group of cleaners to make sure the cleaning is carried out in accordance with the client’s needs and business standards.
Teach and assign tasks to the group.
makes certain that the necessary cleaning equipment is safe to use and is kept in good condition.

New hires are trained on the job in safety, organizational practices, technique, and cleaning equipment use.
Keeping track of and reporting stock needs
Inquiries from clients or particular demands should be addressed and reported to the cleaning supervisor or specials manager.
Make choices and solve problems at the operational level of the team.
Perform spot cleaning inspections and make sure the client signs off on the task card.
Make sure you give the Cleaning Supervisor or Specials Manager your completed timesheets and any necessary supporting paperwork.

 

Required education and experience

Matric
2 years at least of experience working in a cleaning setting
completely capable of using cleaning agents and equipment.
