Customers: Equipment Training and Coffee
Manage and carry out Ciro Coffee Academy training in accordance with Ciro rules and procedures.
own a strong enthusiasm for coffee, training people, and equipment
possess understanding of current business trends, be able to teach others, and create new projects.
Assume responsibility for learning about Ciro equipment and products to guarantee that you are competent to train on ALL Ciro solutions.
teach and aid the sales representatives in constructing “the CIRO basket” with their clients.
possess the capacity to instruct Ciro workers in Ciro Coffee Academy courses
Work closely with the sales consultants to identify training requirements for CIRO’s clients. Adhere to the Ciro Coffee Academy’s strict policies for all training, events, and occurrences.
Departmental management:
Submit and finish training registrations online in accordance with departmental policies and the latest technological advancements.
Organize the tracking of training records
Keep track of certifications and appraise each one individually.
Organize the logistics and training preparation.
arranging catering (if necessary)
Plan an awards ceremony and trainee progress reunion.
Driving Instructor Salary
ensuring the issuance and payment of training invoices, and fostering the expansion of this sector in the area Events
assist and carry out any event-related tasks
public engagement in the coffee industry
Join the SCASA committee for the area.
Attend industry events, meetings, and launch of new projects.
experience needed
Experience running an in-service trainee program is beneficial.
2-5 years of experience training workers in the coffee or hospitality industries.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Grade 12
Driver’s license
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
