Responsible for organizing and planning inner education branch procedures and sources to make sure shipping of technical and meals security coaching in the renovation and processing departments (plant), contributing to operational effectiveness, decreased risk, adherence to pertinent insurance policies and regulatory requirements, and client satisfaction.

Internal Training Officer Prerequisites

NQF Level 4 is equivalent to Grade 12.
A degree or certificate in the relevant field of training is necessary.
A learning and development environment requires at least three years of expertise.

a track record of successfully designing and delivering technical training.
some practical experience in a factory or industrial setting.
understanding of manufacturing standards, techniques, and equipment.
20 Keys to Continuous Improvement knowledge.

possess knowledge of and expertise in Six Sigma or Lean process evaluation.
a working knowledge of Microsoft 365 products (Excel, PPT), as well as collaborative platforms, is required (SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams).
Will have to put in extra hours when it’s needed, even on the weekends.

Accountabilities and Tasks

Supervise the indoors teaching branch and indoors trainers to make sure that notable technical and foods safety teaching takes place.
Diagnosis of technical and foods safety teaching needs to make certain that training preferences are proactive and assist the internal schooling wishes of the plant in order to make positive foods safety audit compliance.
Development of analyzing preferences to useful resource all technical and ingredients safety learning needs in the plant.
Conducts technical and ingredients safety annual teaching and enchantment desires assessment or capabilities matrix for the protection department and plant.

Responsibilities for Internal Training Officer  include installing, maintaining, and repairing machinery and equipment at the slaughterhouse, conducting technical and food safety training, and creating training materials.
To make sure training is effective, conduct technical and job-related observations relating to food safety.
locating cost-cutting opportunities with the help of the industrial engineer.

Make sure that the internal training department’s technical and food safety training adheres to audit requirements.
administers expenditure from the internal training department’s technical/food safety budget.
conducts post-training evaluation and outcome research on every completed training.
