Quality Controller In charge of managing, processing, and storing grain and maize to ensure a quality product and achieve long-term financial success.

Within VKB Milling, the Junior Quality Controller will support the Quality Control Manager. It will be necessary to evaluate the system on a regular basis.

Continual communication with internal divisions is necessary to guarantee food safety in both services and goods.
Keep abreast of changes to the law currently in effect and, if appropriate, put them into practice.
Distribute and examine all essential product specs and documents related to quality assurance.

All manufactured items are made safe thanks to an audit and the development of the company’s quality processes.
Follow all applicable standards and procedures for food safety, occupational health, and safety.
Perform inspections on items, machinery, and equipment, and decide whether to approve or reject pertinent products and practices depending on the results.
Make sure that while processing items, the appropriate recipe instructions are followed.
