Roles for the employment

Other than the successful completion of the pre-entry certificate and the submission of proof thereof, no appointment will take place. All selected candidates will go through a technical exercise, the details of which will be provided by the Department, to evaluate their technical aptitude for the position. In accordance with the Department of Public Service and Administration’s  Directive on the Implementation of Competence-Based Assessments, the selection committee will urge applicants to attend a standard management competency evaluation after the technical exercise and interview.

The required competence assessment instruments will be used to check for general managerial knowledge during the competency assessment.
