An energetic and motivated Chief Operating Officer with at least seven years of executive experience is sought by a financial software firm in Pretoria to join their team.

We’re looking for a chief operating officer (COO) with proven leadership abilities and the capacity to analyze the company from a fresh perspective.

Our team of accomplished experts will be directed by the COO to be successful, efficient, and productive.

The ideal applicant has years of experience in our sector, ideally having progressed to an executive position.

preferred specifications

7 years minimum of experience in an executive capacity
Excellent business skills, particularly 5 years or more of experience in the financial sector, and preferred experience as a COO

strong command of budgeting, data analysis, and business operations
superior ability to analyze problems and find solutions

Excellent leadership and planning abilities
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
