Role Purpose
The independent contractor invigilator’s duties include the following
Students are being watched to make sure there is no cheating throughout the exams.
giving out test papers and answer books to the pupils.
ensuring that the assessment requirements are always followed and are in compliance with the policy.
ensuring that the assessment sites are ready and up to standards.
providing assistance when required in the event of a crisis, such as a sick student or a fire evacuation.
addressing any concerns a student may have throughout the test.
Give a thorough and understandable report at the conclusion of each session.
Principal Performance Area
responsible for preserving the assessment tool’s integrity and safety
During the test, keep an eye on the kids to make sure there are no abnormalities.
Make that the assessment locations are appropriate for performing assessments in accordance with policy.
Make sure that only the appropriate students may enter the location during the evaluation.
Verify the academic requirements for writing the assessment are being satisfied by the students who are present.
Qualifications
Grade 12
It will be helpful to have a higher Certificate qualification or diploma.
Work Background
No criminal record
at least one to two years in the business
